Low Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer Research
Low Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer affects young women; many are in their 20s or 30s. It is rare and has only been recognised as a separate entity in the last 15 years. Much more research is desperately required because the chemotherapy treatments routinely used to treat other forms of ovarian cancer do not work well in this disease. Your support will help the team at the Edinburgh Cancer Research Centre perform laboratory research and clinical trials in order to improve the survival for these patients.
